A Catarratto-based cuvée from Aldo Viola, part of the same family of naturalist, minimal-intervention whites grown on the estate's 16 hectares around Alcamo, Trapani. Made with organic, partly biodynamic farming and spontaneous fermentation, in the informal, expressive style that has made Aldo one of the most distinctive voices of natural winemaking in western Sicily.
