Eduardo native from Tenerife, Spain he began “staging” at Arianna Ochippinti´s winery in 2012, and it was in 2014 when he started his project on Etna releasing his first vintage in 2016.
Today he has 5 ha of vineyards in total, where half of it is his own, the other is on long contract rents, Eduardo harvests his grapes and drives them to Arianna in Vittoria, where vinification and aging take place. His focus is on the classic local black grapes, the noble Nerello Mascalese, and its usual vineyard companions like Nerello Cappuccio, plus local unknown white varieties like Minella.
