Versante Nord Rosso is his main red, sourced from old, mixed-planted alberello vines across several contrade between 550-950m, mainly Nerello Mascalese with Nerello Cappuccio and other native reds. Hand-harvested, co-fermented spontaneously with native yeasts in concrete with no temperature control.
