Producer: Bulli

Area: Bacedasco Alto, Colli Piacentini, Emilia Romagna

The Bulli winery is located in the province of Piacenza, in the small village of Bacedasco Alto, a land known for its sparkling wines such as Gutturnio or Ortrugo, still made according to the ancient art of ancestral bottle fermentation. These are convivial and gastronomic wines, suitable for those who don't want to get lost in technicalities or particular perfectionism, but are dedicated to those who appreciate light, territorial, and spontaneous bubbles that bring a touch of joy and lightheartedness to everyday tables.

The philosophy of Bulli wines is inspired by the principles of artisanal and genuine wine, still made according to ancient peasant recipes. Initially, the work in the vineyards is fundamental to achieving a pleasant and healthy final product; in fact, the soil is not treated with any chemical or synthetic expedient, allowing the fruit to absorb the aromas and flavors of its land. Even in the cellar, the approach is spontaneous and non-interventionist, allowing the wine to undergo bottle fermentation with its own indigenous yeasts and without any addition of sulfites.

Bulli wines tell the story of the rural freshness of the hills of Piacenza. They are rustic and lively expressions, pleasant and easy to drink, characterized by simplicity and lightness, to be enjoyed immediately in their fresh youthfulness.
