The winery is located in the town of Cabanes in the province of Castellon, (Valencia)The 10ha of vineyards are spread in the towns of Cabanes, Useras, Vilafames and La Barona which are planted with local and international varieties. 

Victor is well known due to the high quality of his Sparkling Wines, made either through the Ancestral Method or the Chamepnoise Method. 

Victor follows Organic Principles in the Vineyards and minimal intervention in the cellar.
