Costadila is set in the North of Italy to be precise in the hills north of Venice, an area where the “Prosecco" is made. The vines are planted in volcanic soils. The wines are made according to the "Ancestrale Method". 
Not filtering, neither sulfites are added and wild-yeast fermented wines!
