The Pusole winery is a family-run farm that was born in Baunei in Ogliastra, where for four generations it has been dedicated to the cultivation of the land, producing not only wine but also corn (NO GMO) and olive oil, as well as owning breeding of pure Sardinian pigs, a local indigenous breed.
In the cellar They aim to preserve the characteristics of the wines, using only indigenous yeasts for fermentation and controlling the temperatures exclusively by aerating the must.
