Olek Bondonio’s is based in an old farmhouse named ‘La Berchialla’ which sits amongst Barbaresco’s most famous crus and has been in his family for 200 years. 

Olek is becoming quickly one of the most prestigious winemakers in the Barbaresco region, He has 2 main "Crus" , Roncagliette and Starderi which are older than 50 years old.

His style of winemaking can be considered "Traditional" according to the Langhe standards!  long macerations and "Botte Grande" are used to craft these fine wines.
