Alfredo makes wine in two different areas, Valladolid in Ribera del Duero where he is a bright light amongst an abyss of industrially farmed, over-ripe, over-oaked, and over-manipulated wine-scape. And, the region of Sierra de Gredos -a mountainous area close to Madrid where he has spent many years finding and recovering very old abandoned vineyards of Garnacha and Albillo, accumulating already 9 hectares.

Alfredo´s main goal is to make easy wines with character imprinted with the earth and the vintage, authentic stories transmitted differently each year and not modified by the hand of the man in the cellar.
