Mattia Corbellini is a passionate former restaurant owner in the region of Franciacorta in Lombardy, He has decided to craft his own wines following the Traditional "Metodo Classico! He has rescued old vines that were owned by Nuns of the region. The Winery is located in a gorgeous valley between the classic area of Franciacorta and the Trompia Valley. He has a biodynamic approach in the vineyards and all his wines are elaborated under the "Champenoise Method"
