Small artisanal winery nestled on the Caucasus Mountains of Georgia, in the village of Igoreti in Shida Kartli region established in 2017 by Bastien Warskotte French by origin (Champagne) and his Wife Nino. Ori Marani means "2 wineries" and reflects their philosophy which is the Fusion between Georgian and French wine traditions! Ori Marani’s primary focus is the artisanal production of sparkling wines, fermentation and aging take part in Qvevri and Oak barrels

Sparkling Wine
Chinuri, Mtsvane, Tavkeri
The wine is made under the "Traditional Method" the first fermentation happens between Qvevri and Old French Oak, the wine stays on the lees for few months, there is no  "dosage" during the disgorgement.  Local Honey is used as "sugar source" to start the second fermentation
