La Raspa- Viñedos Verticales

Located at Moclinejo, a small town in Axarquía (Málaga). In 2015 Juan Muñoz and Vicenta Inat, two friends with families with winemakers and winegrowers backgrounds started the project  with the idea of making wines that express the land where they are born. The queen of their  vines is the Muscat of Alexandria, along with other varieties such as Pero Ximén, Doradilla, Garnacha and Romé.

Their philosophy is to work respectfully with the environment, both in the vineyard and in the winery, with ecological products and natural fermentations. Using stainless steel, concrete vats and tanks, wooden barrels and large oak casks that are more than 100 years old. The result is no more than original wines with great minerality and longevity.
